The Brazos County office of Texas A&M AgriLife Extension is offering a Parenting Connections class on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at the Brazos County Extension office in Bryan, Texas. This class will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.  The class is for parents of children from birth to the teenage years.  The session topics include:  Child Growth & Development, Parent-Child Communication, Self-Esteem, Guidance & Discipline, Defining Child Abuse, Child Passenger Safety and Healthy Eating.

A parenting certificate will be presented upon the completion of the class and the cost is $30.00.  In addition, clock hours are available for Child Care Providers.  The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service provides parents with research-based information and resources to assist in raising healthy children.  For more information or to register for the class, contact the Brazos County Extension office at 979-823-0129 by January 24th.
