Brazos County 4-H members will be partnering with the Blood Center of Brazos Valley to host a blood drive in support of the One Day 4-H on Saturday, October 9, 2021. The blood drive will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
Texas 4-H is the youth education component of the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service. Nearly 550,000 youth participate in 4-H each year making it the largest youth development program in Texas. One Day 4-H is a date observed by 4-H members across the state to implement a community service project based on local needs.
Brazos County 4-H members, leaders, and volunteers are calling upon all potential blood donors to support The Blood Center of Brazos Valley. 4-H members will be on site to greet donors and promote Brazos County 4-H.
