Preserving the Harvest Canning Basics Winter Workshop
Topics: Pressure canning and water bath canning instruction and hands-on canning of Homemade Chicken Soup and Strawberry Jam
Cost: $45 (includes a food preservation guide, ingredients, supplies, and two canned products)
Class size limited to 16 registered by January 20th. Make checks payable to Brazos FCS.
